DEPOSIT

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to reserve your shoot time. A booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
Payment of the remaining balance can be made on the day of the shoot by cash or credit card (please advise in advance if you wish to pay by card) or via direct bank transfer prior to the shoot date.

LOCATION

Where we shoot is up to you. Location cost isn’t included in your package fee, but I'm happy to help organise a suitable place if you wish. Airbnbs are a great alternative to hotels for indoor shoots and with so many to choose from, finding one to suit your brand isn’t difficult. If you would like an inexpensive option, consider your home, friends’ homes, or outdoors.
Booking a hotel under day-use rates can offer a luxury look for significantly less than the price of a full night.
When traveling, I choose accommodation that is suitable for shooting. You are welcome to use this for a small fee. Rooms/locations within the accommodation will be allocated on a first come basis (from booking, not shoot date.).

I will work with you to create a look that reflects your vision. Give some thought to any props which could make your shoot unique. Fairy lights, flowers laid on a bed, a bottle of wine on a side table, or a few favourite books on a coffee table will set the tone and reflect your personality.
If you’re looking to make something truly special, I have some amazing Creative Directors, Set Designers and Costume Designers, etc that will work with you to create your own unique shoot theme.

You may elect for light, medium or heavy image retouching. I will work in accordance with your preferences to achieve your desired results.
All basic retouching is done by me.
If you request extensive body or image modification, you have the option of using a discreet third party SW-friendly retoucher. Upon our mutual agreement, I can organise this on your behalf and will charge it back at my cost.

You will be sent a private link to an online gallery of proof images within 7-14 days of the shoot. Once you select your favourites, they will be edited and uploaded within 7-14 days for you to download. This link will always remain accessible to you. All rejected images will be removed and permanently deleted.

You hold 100% copyright for your finalised images, and you may keep and use them as you wish. With your consent, I may use them in my portfolio and on social media. Where applicable, I will credit you as the model.
